Charlotte Rudolph is UHCAN Ohio’s Executive Director. She spent 14 years in Quality Improvement & Customer Service Management at Aetna before coming to UHCAN Ohio as the Administrative Coordinator in 2005. Charlotte became the Operations Director in 2011 and Executive Director in 2023. She leads the organization’s operations and overall direction including developing and steering policy priorities and identifying policy opportunities. She works with the UHCAN Ohio board to set strategic policy decisions and leads the implementation of the organization’s strategic plan through advocacy, coalition building and community engagement. She oversees management of the day-to-day operations of the organization and maintains its financial health, integrity, growth, and resilience. Charlotte is a certified health care navigator and a State of Ohio licensed clergy. She serves on two non-profit boards and actively participates in several faith community coalitions.

Charlotte’s most valued asset is her family. She is married with five sons and two daughters and is affectionately known as “Gi Gi” by her 11 grandchildren.
